PMC Midlands Case Studies

Burgess House Apartments, Leicester

PMC Midlands were nominated by ARM Buildings Ltd to install their prefabricated infill panels to the substantial nine storeys, 350 apartment building of Burgess House which is part of the urban regeneration project of Leicester Square.

The £25 million project is a partnership development between Thomas Fish & Sons and Metropolitan Housing Partnership.

ARM Buildings prefabricated the panels off site to include window apertures and services penetrations.

The use of panels reduced construction time and provided a dry envelope early in the build program; and with an overall U value of 0.18w/m2K the Housing Association benefit from lower running costs for the tenants.
